Why we exist
Availability is not the same as access.
Documents can be public and still remain inaccessible. Technical language, weak distribution and unclear participation routes leave many citizens—especially young people—outside the conversation.
CIEP works in the space between publication and participation. We translate without distorting, convene without partisanship, and signpost action without promising outcomes we cannot control.
